Respect, like a flower, blooms in acts of kindness, consideration, and understanding. It thrives in the fertile soil of open minds and accepting hearts. It flourishes when we listen attentively, offer empathy, and celebrate individual differences. Respect is not merely a courtesy; it's the lifeblood of strong relationships, vibrant communities, and a peaceful world..
"One of the major Cornerstones we've tried to focus on since the founding of River City FC is Respect. Respect for the game, for ourselves, our teammates, opponents, and officials. It's vital at RCFC to treat all those around us with respect to try and create the best environment we can," Stated Academy Director Daniel Olstad. "The players who have been selected to receive the fall 2023 respect Award went above and beyond this season to show all those around them respect and treat people with kindness at all times."
